Salesforce Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to join our team as a Functional Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects.
Salesforce Administrator/App Builder/Salesforce Business Analyst certification is required.
Minimum 10+ years of experience with 2-3 Salesforce projects as a Business Analyst.
Knowledge of Banking Domain, Insurance Domain is essential.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is necessary.
Awareness of Flows, Email templates, Omni Scripts, Flex cards is required.
Understanding of Salesforce release cycle and recent release features.
Knowledge of enterprise integration (peer to peer or via middleware).
Awareness of deployment & delivery process.
Financial Services Cloud/Service Cloud/Sales Cloud certifications are desirable.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
