- Regrettable Attrition Working with IT to enable the use of Technology for report automation
- Ensuring Training of ISPs and TLs as per predefined norms
- Executing Tertiary Drives
- Competition tracking & reporting of ISP count, incentive structures, other sellout incentives for Trade
- Building a robust Dealer Tertiary Scheme package for driving higher sellouts from nonISP stores
