    About the Role

    Epergne Solutions is seeking a highly skilled OneStream L3 Support Consultant to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Finance Process and System Design: Responsible for leading the finance process and system design for OneStream and other business applications.
    • Senior Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
    • Change Management: Manage change management and enhancements to existing and new OneStream applications.
    • Project Management: Participate in and/or lead business applications-related projects and BAU work based on business needs and suitability.
    • User Documentation: Maintain user documentation, including training materials and user guides.
    • Data Upload Templates: Maintain Excel-based data upload templates.
    • End-User Training: Deliver ad-hoc end-user training as required.
    • Issue Resolution: Provide additional guidance to resolve issues arising from a gap in user knowledge or understanding.
    • Data Import Support: Provide support for data import-related queries, including establishing and explaining data lineage.
    • Exchange Rate Management: Manage the process for loading, reviewing, and locking monthly exchange rates and resolve any issues arising.
    • Confirmation Rule Configuration: Configure confirmation rule tolerances and settings.
    • Application Backups: Undertake regular application backups.
    • Environment Management: Manage multiple development, test, and production applications across environments, including app creation, deletion, data retention, and infrastructure resource use.
    • Automated Data Integration: Manage automated data integration processes, including starting and stopping folder polling operations and reviewing load status.
    • Technical Liaison: Liaise with technical and functional teams responsible for data integrations from source systems, answering queries and supporting processes.
    • DBA Liaison: Liaise with DBAs for database creation, copying, and renaming.
    • Integrated Chart of Accounts: Maintain the integrated chart of accounts and liaise closely with key finance stakeholders.
    • Change Request Management: Assist users in submitting change requests, including the process and required details.
    • Change Request Interpretation: Interpret change request requirements and convert them into appropriate system solutions, providing options and recommendations for the desired outcome.
    • Change Request Pipeline Management: Manage the pipeline of change requests, including effort estimates, resource allocation, prioritization, and timeline agreement.
    • Solution Design Authority: Attend the Solution and OneStream Design Authority.
    • Complex Configuration Changes: Perform medium-to-high complexity configuration changes, including writing complex business rules from scratch.
    • Change Impact Assessment: Identify all interdependencies of a change request to ensure all impacted components are updated and tested appropriately.
    • Governance and Controls: Ensure appropriate governance and controls are followed during development, including independent review and sign-off, rollback methodologies, and release cycles.
    • Incident Management: Identify the impact of incidents on current reporting processes and ensure appropriate severity levels are assigned.
    • Incident Communication: Maintain regular communication with users and key stakeholders to understand the impact and keep them informed of incident status.
    • Incident Investigation: Undertake investigations to identify the cause of incidents and responsibility for resolution.
    • Incident Resolution: Where responsibility is within the OneStream support team, undertake activities to resolve the incident, such as recycling or restarting OneStream servers.
    • External Support: Where responsibility for resolution is outside the OneStream support team, raise tickets with external support and liaise closely with end clients to assist with issue investigation and resolution.
    • Process and Controls Document: Maintain the processes and controls document and the risk control matrix.
    • SOX Review: Participate in the annual SOX review, including delivering process walkthroughs to auditors and providing requested documentary evidence.
    • Audit Report Review: Perform monthly reviews of OneStream audit reports, covering data entry by admins and changes to security access, metadata, rules, cube views, confirmation rules, mappings, user groups, and user access.
    • IT Team Liaison: Manage relationships between OneStream support and other key IT teams, such as DBAs, Networks, Cloud Infrastructure, and End-User Support.
    • Infrastructure Change Review: Review change requests raised by infrastructure teams, such as server patching, and approve or deny where applicable, coordinating with relevant stakeholders from Finance and IT to protect end-users and reporting periods where applicable.
