    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional and remote project teams.
    • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Experience training rising talent in the technology department
    • The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles
    • Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Define project objectives, tasks, and resources required, and create project plans and schedules.
    • A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Client handling exposure - Regular client calls will be the part of work
    • Handle individual projects and clients accordingly
    • Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.
    • Review / Improve upon current processes / methodologies
    • Should ensure whole team is following same coding standards.
    • Training the team to deliver the projects
    • Self-ownership for management of work
    • Weekly status and monthly status reporting
    • Create project plans with relevant team members
    • Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed
    • Prepare progress reports for senior management
    • Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials
    • Oversee the implementation of project improvements
