    Head - Retail Liabilities


    As Retail Liabilities Head at IGSS- Indbank Global Support Services Limited, a Wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Bank, you will play a strategic role in shaping the financial landscape of the organization.

    Reporting directly to Head - Business, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating financial performance of Retail Liabilities Business, providing insights for growth, establishing financial objectives, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

    Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing the Retail Liabilities department and driving financial success in alignment with the company's growth plans.


    Education:
    The candidate must hold a Post Graduate Qualification from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.

    MBA would be preferred.

    Experience:
    Should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking/ financial services sector with at least 4+ years of experience in the field of Retail Liabilities


    Description:

    • Drive and achieve targets on a nationwide scale for the retail liabilities business.
    • Provide essential infrastructure in coordination with the bank to support locallevel Feet on Street (FOS) employees.
    • Monitor the overall performance of the FOS structure associated with the retail liability vertical and manage performance effectively.
    • Liaison with Head of Business, Team Leaders, and Bank's Retail Liabilities officials to ensure smooth coordination of FOS activities.
    • Ensure the optimal allocation of budgeted resources at all times.
    • Maintain productivity targets as allocated by the bank and coordinate with HR to identify and address nonperforming FOS executives.
    • Develop and oversee the training and development of FOS staff.
    • Activate sales channels to maximize reach and impact.
    • Establish lead management targets and standards to optimize sales conversion.
    • Prepare and manage performance metrics for the FOS team and ensure compliance with set standards.
    • Achieve monthly revenue targets as defined in the Key Result Areas (KRA), while adhering to cost budgets.
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base on Retail Liabilities business.
    • Exercise effective leadership through clear communication of the company's vision, active coaching, and development of the sales team. Compare sales results to goals and take appropriate action to correct when necessary.
    • Build and maintain connections to create referral arrangements to enhance flow of retail liabilities leads

    Compensation:
    INR 40-50 lakhs per Annum
