Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in AI solution development and deployment.
• Integration: Oversee the integration of solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Customization: Customize solutions to meet specific business needs, including developing custom workflows, intents, and integrations.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and user manuals.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and maintenance of solutions.
• Qualifications
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical architect role focusing on AI solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with platform or similar conversational AI platforms.
