Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a specialization in Heavy Machines for on-site purposes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling, maintaining, and servicing heavy machinery such as Poclains, JCBs, cranes, excavators, compactors, and other similar equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and in-depth knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanisms.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of heavy machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Follow up with scheduled service checks and preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  
• Operate heavy machinery as required, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
  
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure machinery is available and functional according to project timelines.
  
• Continuously update knowledge on heavy vehicle mechanisms and industry advancements.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards always.
  

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical engineering, specifically with heavy machines.
  
• Proficiency in the maintenance, operation, and repair of heavy machinery like Poclains, JCBs, cranes, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy vehicles.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project needs.
  
• Ability to relocate to Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
