    Description

    Job Summary:

    The client is looking for a Java SpringBoot Developer:

    This person will work within an Engineering team responsible for providing application development, troubleshooting, and maintenance for multiple operationally critical applications within the supply chain space. The primary responsibilities of this role are to help the team maintain current legacy applications and work to continuously improve upon existing processes & tools and developing and modernize applications.

    Responsibilities:

    Ideally 5-7 years of experience in a Java/Springboot environment

    Experience in Java, Spring Boot and webservices/RESTful services development

    Experience in Cloud based webservices architecture.

    Experience in MongoDB/Atlas database

    Experience in working with largescale webservices architecture.

    Experience in AWS / Azure deployment and architecture

    Experience working with relational databases such as: MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL

    Qualifications:

    Extensive experience with object-oriented languages, specifically Java and Spring Boot.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Experience in overall architecture of cloud solutions including focus on scalability, high availability, in a microservice architecture.
