    Management Trainee Role Overview

    We are seeking dynamic sales and business development candidates to join our team in Bangalore.

    About Flurn

    Flurn's mission is to provide convenient access to holistic learning programs for children across music, dance, sports, and fitness categories.

    Our learning programs are designed in-house to ensure a fun and engaging class experience for children.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify opportunities through prospecting and develop target lists of apartment communities to sign up for Flurn programs and execute B2B partnerships & marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct marketing activities, including running marketing activations in high-value communities and generating interest for Flurn programs.
    • Drive sales by converting interested customers via an omni-channel B2C sales approach.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients to support account management.
    • Utilize sales management tools effectively, including CRM systems, BI dashboards, and Google sheets.

    Requirements:

    • The management trainee role is suitable for recent graduates who have passed out in 2024 or are in their final semester of undergraduate study and expect to pass out in 2025.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business is preferred.
    • A high-energy attitude, willingness to learn rapidly, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
    • Mandatory - A private transportation vehicle is necessary for client meetings, marketing events, and prospecting.
