    Position Summary :


    The role of the Systems Engineer - Cloud & Microsoft 365 will be to design, build, implement and deliver scalable AWS/Azure Cloud and office 365 solutions with Intune.

    This role will be responsible for collaborating with global IT team members for the design and optimization of our cloud infrastructure environment and building out automation.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate and work closely with global IT team members to design, implement and manage secure, scalable and reliable AWS/Azure cloud, Intune and office 365 infrastructure environments for Actylis.
    • Administering and supporting our Microsoft O365, Intune and Azure Ad in a Hybrid configuration
    • Office 365 operation, including monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and configuration.
    • Deployment, remedy, and migration of Exchange online, Azure Ad, Teams, Intune, Conditional Access and other O365 and EMS capabilities
    • Assist in building, migrating troubleshooting and optimizing cloud infrastructure
    • Performing preventative maintenance and help manage security within AD and Office 365
    • Planning and documenting O365 configuration, migrations, testing and validations strategies
    • Support our AWS/Azure customers to resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 support model, leveraging your deep technical and product expertise along with your understanding of our needs.
    • Collaborate with AWS/Azure engineering teams to not only support but deliver solutions and new capabilities for most missioncritical AWS/Azure deployments.
    • Act as a technical escalation point within the team.
    Consistently share best practices with team members and help create a knowledge base article to solve/workaround that issue.

    • Operational Excellence: Work with leadership and global IT team on process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

    Education :

    • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field

    Experience :

    • 46 years of experience in Managing and AWS/Azure, and Microsoft Exchange/ O365
    • 46 years of experience in deploying managing Microsoft Intune in Mobile Device Management MDM and Mobile Application Management MAM
    • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and concepts (e. g. Terraform, PowerShell, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Travis CI, Hudson, Artifactory, etc.) Functional/Technical Competencies & Skillsets
    • Ability to facilitate the process of gathering requirements and migrate physical infrastructure to cloud infrastructure.
    • Indepth understanding in implementing AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure including security, Disaster recovery, networking, load balancing, migration, backups, CLI etc.
    • Indepth understanding with implementing, configuring, migrating, and securing Office 365 / Exchange Online, Exchange Server, & Exchange Hybrid solutions, and other Microsoft 365 Suite solutions like Teams, One Drive for Business etc.
    • Experience in PowerShell scripting on Office365 & AWS/Azure for custom reports or scheduling report extraction from Office365, AWS/Azure.
    • Experience in migration tools, Exchange/O365 Native Migration Tools (Hybrid, Cutover, Express, Staged, O365 Import Service, IMAP), 3rd party tools like BitTitan, etc.
    • Experience with relational and NoSQL database and related technologies (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Redis, Memcached, MongoDB)
    • Experience with networking and security concepts, methods and technologies in large scale, production Azure and hybrid environments
    • Extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune and group policy.
    • Experience with log collection tools and analysis, as well as infrastructure performance monitoring tools and optimization practices
    • Identity and Authentication: SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills suitable for director level, global team, and architecture stakeholder meetings
