Develop/ support and maintain software solutions for our proprietary trading operationsCollaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, and other developers to design and implement trading strategies and algorithmsOptimize and enhance existing trading systems and infrastructureConduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automationTroubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a calm and timely mannerRequirements:

Strong programming skills with a passion for technology; ability to write clean, efficient, and readable codeMinimum of six years of experience in capital markets, preferably in a software development roleIntellectual curiosity and a strong motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic trading environmentExcellentmunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulateplex ideas clearly and conciselyFluency in English is required
