Job Description:
The Key Account Manager, CADV, will play a valuable role in establishing and growing up Cordis portfolio with a focus on developing long term positive customer relationships and provide value to Health Care Professionals in the assigned territory. This role shall drive market penetration for CORDIS brand in the territory and strive towards making it as the preferred cardiovascular company in North India.
The successful candidate will bring innovative ideas, challenge the status quo, be accountable, have a history of delivering results, actively engage and contribute in team settings, are self-motivated and excited to be part of a business transformation with Cordis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate Cordis Standard of Business Conduct with 100% compliance in business conduct. Ensure highest quality product reach our customer. Medical device and quality reporting as required.
- Achieve CORDIS revenue targets for the assigned territory through high performance and innovation.
- Delight customers through product training, clinical support and successfully executing MDAs in the assigned territory.
- Drive growth, profitability, and market share for the Cordis cardiovascular portfolio
- Build technical competence on product portfolio (post-training) and provide in-services, product training and case support
- Effectively manage key accounts along with strong KOL management.
- Manage Channel Partners – Inventory management, Sales projections, Forecasting, Periodic distributor review meets, Timely AR collection, etc.
- Exhibit Cordis Shared Value – Teamwork, Communicate with Condor, Responsible, Winning Attitude, Pace.
- Ability to incorporate the Cordis sales process into customer interactions
- Motivation to make a difference for Cordis, Health Care Professionals and Patients.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven previous medical devices / super specialty therapy / specialized pharma / institutional sales experience of 7+ years
- Preference for experience within the interventional cardiology, radiology, cardiovascular or operating theatre environments
