The Role
We are hiring an Integrations Engineer to own customer integrations end-to-end.
When a customer wants their CRM, database, or internal system connected to our AI agents, you scope it, build it, test it, and deliver it.
Core Workflow
Customer requests an integration
You join a call to scope requirements
You define the data flow and technical architecture
You build the integration
You test thoroughly in staging and production environments
You monitor logs and resolve issues
You notify the customer once complete
Key Responsibilities
Build API integrations
Implement webhooks and data pipelines
Map inbound and outbound data flows
Debug production issues using logs
Write integration documentation and diagrams
Create reusable integration templates
Join customer calls to scope technical requirements
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and resilient
What We're Looking For
Technical
Strong computer science or software engineering foundation
Experience with APIs, HTTP workflows, and webhooks
Comfortable reading logs and debugging production systems
Able to ship MVP solutions quickly
Able to harden systems for scale and resilience
Familiar with QA processes and deployment workflows
Non-Technical
Comfortable speaking with customers
Can explain technical concepts clearly
Takes ownership from scoping to delivery
Learns new systems quickly
Mission-driven and impact-oriented

Compensation
$20–$30 per hour depending on experience
LatAm-based candidates only
Must work EST timezone
