Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager specializing in PowerBI, Tableau, AzureSQL Data Warehousing (DWH), and Analytics. As a pivotal team member, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions tailored business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects utilizing PowerBI, Tableau, AzureSQL DWH, and other relevant tools and technologies.
• Client Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring alignment between project deliverables and client expectations.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, developers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Resource Allocation:
• Effectively allocate resources, ensuring optimal utilization of team members' skills and expertise to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines and budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data analytics solutions, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any obstacles to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Facilitate clear and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any relevant changes.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics, and recommending enhancements to existing processes and workflows.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, and generate regular reports to track project metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in project management roles, focusing on delivering data analytics solutions using PowerBI, Tableau, AzureSQL DWH, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project management practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of successfully resolving complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience working in the consulting or medtech device industry is a plus.
