Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile Human Resources Manager to take on a dynamic role at 2PI AI Tech.

The Role:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be involved in a broader set of responsibilities, including public relations, content creation, social media management, customer interaction, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Management & Recruitment:
• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
• Public Relations & Content Management:
• Lead PR activities to strengthen the company's brand and reputation.
• Draft and oversee the creation of engaging content for both internal and external communication.
• Build relationships with media outlets and manage press coverage.
• Social Media & Digital Presence:
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement.
• Customer Interaction & Communication:
• Handle customer interactions via email, social media, and other communication channels.
• Ensure that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Administrative & Operational Support:
• Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies, schedules, and internal communications.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong skills in public relations, content management, and social media strategies.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, including HR, PR, customer interaction, and admin tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing social media accounts for companies and using analytics tools.
• Familiarity with employee management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
