    The SAP CX Technology Lead Consultant at Balluff is a pivotal role aimed at guiding and executing SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions across our global operations.

    This role demands a strategic blend of technical acumen and leadership, overseeing the development, integration, and deployment of SAP C4C under usage of SAP Sales- and Service-Cloud to optimize our customer engagement and business processes.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Strategize and oversee the technical roadmap for SAP C4C implementations, ensuring alignment with Balluff's business objectives.
    • Lead technical design, development, and integration efforts, promoting innovative solutions within SAP C4C ecosystem.
    • Direct project management activities for SAP C4C initiatives, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
    • Mentor and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure SAP C4C solutions meet business needs and drive efficiency.

    Qualifications :

    • A completed degree in (Business) Informatics/Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
    • Proven experience in SAP C4C architecture and PDI/SDK, with a successful track record in leading SAP C4C projects.
    • Minimum of seven years' professional experience in SAP C4C environment.
    • Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban is required.
    • Strong foundation in integration technologies and web development.
    • Exceptional project management and leadership skills, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
    • Fluent in English
