    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase brand visibility. This includes identifying key market segments, setting sales targets, and forecasting sales volumes.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including EV fleet operators, government agencies, corporate buyers, and individual consumers. Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
    • New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base by prospecting and acquiring new clients. This involves conducting market research, cold calling, networking at industry events, and collaborating with marketing teams to generate leads.
    • Team Leadership and Training: Lead a team of sales professionals within the designated area. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Set performance targets, monitor progress, and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
