We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (Remote / Work From Home)

Celtic is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong digital marketing background to help scale our premium leather brand across India and global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• Drive performance campaigns across marketplaces and websites
• Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page & off-page)
• Manage content & blog marketing strategy
• Plan and execute Email Marketing & Automation
• Handle WhatsApp Marketing & Push Notifications
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROAS
• Work closely with the creative and content team for campaign success

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Performance / Digital Marketing
• Proven track record in scaling eCommerce brands
• Strong understanding of analytics, tracking & conversion optimization
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
