    Description

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Office Management:
    Maintainoffice supplies inventory and reorder supplies asneeded.
    Manage office equipmentincluding printers copiers and fax machines ensuring they are inworking condition.
    Coordinatewith maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance of officefacilities.


    Administrative Support:
    Provideadministrative support to various departments including HR financeproduction and logistics.
    Assistin scheduling meetings appointments and conferencecalls.
    Prepare and distributeinternal communications memos andreports.
    Manage travelarrangements and accommodations for factory personnel whennecessary.


    Record Keeping and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records and documentation including employeerecords attendance records and inventoryrecords.
    Organize and filepaperwork in accordance with company policies andprocedures.
    Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements related to recordkeeping anddocumentation.


    Communication and Coordination:
    Facilitate communication between different departments and teamswithin the factory.
    Serve as apoint of contact for internal inquiries and external stakeholdersdirecting inquiries to the appropriatepersonnel.
    Coordinate withexternal vendors and suppliers asneeded.


    Health and Safety Compliance:
    Assist in implementing and enforcing health and safety protocolswithin the factory.
    Conductregular safety inspections and report any hazards or concerns tomanagement.
    Ensure compliancewith health and safety regulations and companypolicies.


    Employee Support:
    Assist inonboarding new employees including coordinating orientationsessions and completing necessarypaperwork.
    Address employeeinquiries and concerns related to administrativematters.
    Support employeeengagement initiatives and activities within thefactory.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or arelated field preferred.
    Provenexperience in administrative roles preferably in a manufacturing orfactory environment.
    Strongorganizational and multitasking skills with the ability toprioritize tasks effectively.
    Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
    Proficiency in MS OfficeSuite (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook).
    Familiarity with officeequipment and basic maintenanceprocedures.
    Knowledge of healthand safety regulations and compliancestandards.
    Attention to detailand a commitment to accuracy.
    Ability to work independently with minimalsupervision.
    Flexibility to adaptto changing priorities anddeadlines.
    Strong problemsolvingskills and a proactive approach to resolvingissues.

    Female candidates required. Must have knowledge of PF &ESIC.
