    JobSummary:

    Are you askilled video editor with a passion for crafting beautiful weddingvideos Were looking for a Wedding Video Editor (Traditional VideoEditor) to join our creative services team. Your role will be totake raw wedding footage and transform it into captivating videosthat preserve the essence and emotions of each specialcelebration.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.VideoEditing:

    • Reviewand select the best footage from multiple cameras to createcohesive weddingstories.
    • Editraw video footage using traditional video editing techniques toproduce polished highquality weddingvideos.
    • Ensuresmooth transitions color correction and audiosynchronization.

    2.CreativeCollaboration:

    • Workclosely with clients photographers and team members to understandthe creative vision for each weddingproject.
    • Incorporateclient feedback into the editing process to meet theirpreferences.
    • Providecreative input to enhance the storytelling aspect of thevideos.

    3.TechnicalProficiency:

    • Stayupdated with video editing software and tools to maintain technicalproficiency.
    • Manageand organize video assets and project filesefficiently.
    • Addresstechnical issues that may arise duringediting.

    4.QualityControl:

    • Conductquality checks to ensure that the final videos meet high visual andaudiostandards.
    • Continuouslyrefine editing techniques to improve video productionquality.

    5.ProjectManagement:

    • Handlemultiple wedding video editing projects meeting deadlines andprojectschedules.
    • Maintainclear project documentation to track progress andversions.

    Qualifications:

    • Provenexperience as a traditional video editor with a strong portfolioshowcasing wedding video editing work. (Minimum 2 yearsexperience)
    • Proficiencyin video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Proor similartools.
    • Excellentattention to detail and a passion for storytelling throughvideo.
    • Musthave knowledge of best practices of audio softwares & audiostorytelling.
    • Familiaritywith colour correction audio editing and motion graphics is aplus.
    • Abilityto work both independently and collaboratively within ateam.
    • Strongcommunication skills and the ability to incorporate clientfeedback.
    • Effectivetime management and organizationalskills.
    • Flexibilityto work outside regular hours including evenings and weekends tomeet projectdeadlines.
    • Adeep appreciation for the significance of weddings and the abilityto capture the emotional essence of these events through videoediting.

    Education:

    Abachelors degree in film video production or a related field ispreferred but equivalent work experience and a strong portfoliowill also beconsidered.
