Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and objectives.
2. Design intuitive and visually appealing dashboard layouts, data visualizations, and interactive elements for real-time call status monitoring, customer data access, and call summarization.
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve the dashboard's usability and effectiveness.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and validate design decisions.
5. Develop comprehensive design documentation including design rationale, user flows, and UI/UX guidelines aligned with user needs and project requirements.
6. Present design solutions and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key features, user benefits, and innovative design approaches.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in product designing, especially with CX products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Tech, Design, or related field is preferred.
