Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Job location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site)

Experience: 0-2 Years

Shift: (Eastern Time Zone)

Working Hours: Night Shifts Only (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Responsibilities:

• A qualified candidate must have 0-2 years of proven Bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing market.
• Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc.
• Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
• Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
• Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
• Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
• Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on a daily basis.
• Need great time management skills and experience in prioritising tasks.
