    Job title: NICE - Senior/Lead UX Designer

    Description

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead UX Designer to drive product strategy, vision, and planning.

    This individual will support Product Owners/Product Managers in shaping strategy and vision with a focus on user needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive product strategy, vision, and planning.
    • Support Product Owners/Product Managers in shaping strategy and vision with a focus on user needs.
    • Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, and prototyping new design solutions.
    • Deliver hands-on UX results as an individual contributor.
    • Explore various concepts for new features, present, and justify ideas to stakeholders.
    • Meet critical deadlines by prioritizing and managing workload effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design/User Experience Design/Human Factors/Industrial Design/Business Design from a reputable institution.
    • 10+ years of experience in UI & UX Design, with a robust portfolio showcasing work on complex systems, experience with enterprise software, B2B interfaces is preferable.
    • 4+ years as Lead UX Designer.
    • Experience mentoring and coaching designers.
    • Strong portfolio designing complex systems.
    • Working knowledge with a Design System.
    • Problem-solving aptitude.
    • Analytical mindset with business acumen.
    • Ability to work independently and with a group of peers.
    • Strong written communication skills and presentation skills.
    • In-depth experience and knowledge of Figma, XD, and Jira.
    • Impressive portfolio showcasing complex system designs.
    • Desired skills in workshop facilitation and ideation.
    • Experience in user research and analysis.
    • Possess a strong sense of innovation & aesthetics.
