    EXPERIENCE

    Duties you'll be entrusted with:

    Required skills:

    • Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Research consumer needs and understand and suggest how our solutions meet their requirements.
    • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
    • Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
    • Develop a network of direct and indirect sales teams for generating leads and business.
    • Create a potential local partner network.
    • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
    • Establish new relationships, nurture existing relationships, train & pitch the product.
    • Coordination with the Product & Implementation team in maximizing the disbursals.
    • Continually monitor and track sales performance analysis and report on monthly sales outcomes.
    • Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences.
    • Will be responsible for making proposals, RFPs, contract agreements.

    Expectations from you:

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree with Business Management Specialisation.
    • At least 3 years of sales experience in IT sales & familiarity with the local partners.
    • Ability to grow in a culturally diverse environment.
    • Proactive attitude and positive approach; should be a problem solver.
    • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with the ability to influence the negotiation of commercial contracts.
    • Must be a team player, with strong organizational, planning and time management skills combined with good commercial awareness and business acumen.
