    About role:


    Director will collaborate and work closely with our teams to target and build strong relationships with our potential clients across the BFSI sector.

    Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify leads within the BFSI sector.

    You will be responsible for new business opportunities along with our teams, being able to recommend and demonstrate the value proposition through effective demos that address client needs and requirements in addition to negotiating and closing contracts.


    What you'll do:

    • Strategic Account Management: Oversee strategic accounts within the BFSI sector, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and value delivery.
    • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to BFSI clients, emphasizing crosssell and upsell opportunities.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute BFSIfocused sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within BFSI agencies.
    • Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities specific to the BFSI sector.
    • Solution Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to BFSI clients, aligning with their unique needs and objectives.
    • Account Strategy Definition: Define and implement the account strategy for BFSI clients, driving a quarterly sales plan.
    • Metric Measurement: Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics related to BFSI client engagements.

    What you'll bring:

    • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in BFSI Industry sales & account management.
    • Proven track record in sales with a focus on IT services/products and solution selling for BFSI clients.
    • Strong hunter mentality with a successful history of acquiring new BFSI clients and achieving sales targets.
    • Background in BFSI account management and sales is highly desirable.
    • Experience in selling to BFSI institutions is a musthave.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an understanding of the unique dynamics within the BFSI sector.
