    Our client is a globalleader in IT engineering and R&D (ER&D) services.

    Roles andresponsibilities:

    • Endtoend software licensemanagement is to be handled.
    • Every ITpurchase request requires validation.
    • Checkthe software allocation against the release of the PR and POtogether with the relevant cost update.
    • Additionally you must work with the relevant parties toensure that license enrollment for utilization measures isfinished.
    • Organize uphold and monitor ITprovision data to ensure that no duplicates are provided. Maintain& regularly update the master software list & trackthe renewal due along with the cost with advance notification toall the stakeholders to avoid any delays.
    • Monthly report production and validation for softwarecost debits.
    • Quarterly IT Software CostAnalysis: Dashboard preparation and publication arenecessary.
    • Management of daily SW licenseallotment wherever applicable.
    • performing SWcompliance audits and providing reports to confirm adherence tolicense terms.
    • Create guidelines and protocolsfor the management of software assets.
    • Collaborate with the project team finance procurement andother internal stakeholders.
    • As neededmaintain and evaluate the EULA and SW contracts.

    PreferredSkills/Experience:

    • 5 to 8 years of experience in ITOperations (hardware and Software handling)
    • Outstanding multitasking and problemsolving abilities inthe field.
    • Proficiency in managing IT softwareinventory and operating software compliance.
    • Effective Written and Verbal CommunicationSkills.
    • Capacity to create dashboards writereports and present to upper management.
    • Overseeing organizational changes in an IT softwarestrategy.
