    Principal Software Engineer- Backend

    Experience : 12 to 18 yrs

    BANGALORE/PUNE/ REMOTE

    We are seeking highly experienced Developers for our Cloud/SaaS products.


    In this role, your duties will include the development of architecture, design and development of backend/middleware components based on NodeJS, Go language, Redis, Kafka, Postgres, etc.

    and providing technical leadership to a team of 10-15 software developers.

    You should exhibit strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Cloud, SaaS and distributed systems, databases and be passionate about SDLC processes & tools.

    Knowledge of Security products is a plus.


    Requirements :

    • At least 12 to 18 years of Experience in building Cloud/SaaS products.
    • Handson coding experience in Go Language /NodeJS/ExpressJS, preferably in Security/enterprise/SaaS products.
    • Expert in any of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers and kubernetes.
    • Handson experience with microservices architecture, Rest APIs, databases such as PostgreSQL/mongodb, distributed systems, data engineering technologies, etc.
    • Knowledge of the modern SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, tools such as Jira, and software configuration tools such as GitHub.

    Responsibilities :

    • Work closely with Product Managers and customer facing teams to translate epics/stories into technical requirements for self and team
    • Create high and low level design of the SW components.
    • Write scalable, testable, efficient and maintainable code to implement the design.
    • Create and execute unit and integration tests.
    • Conduct design and code reviews.
    • Investigate customer reported problems and identify root causes.
    • Provide technical leadership for a team of high performing software developers.
    • Ability to work under pressure/ demanding situations involving complex technical challenges.
