JobDescription

As an AutomationEngineer specializing in Body in White (BIW) your responsibilitieswill include

• Developing and adheringto detailed schedules plans and resource allocations for variousprojects.
• Interpreting and explaining GeneralAssembly (GA) drawings Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing(GD&T) pneumatic circuits and assemblytolerances.
• Performing assembly of JigsFixtures Conveyors Robots End of Arm Tools (EOAT) and cellperipherals.
• Conducting testing and ensuringtimely dispatch of projects according to settargets.
• Executing project assembly inalignment with established plans.
• Conductinginhouse trials for Robot Integration.
• Managingpneumatic routing and performing necessarychecks.
• Performing shimming and CoordinateMeasuring Machine (CMM) inspections for Jigs andFixtures.
• Updating project summaryreports.
• Overseeing the installation of Robotsin weld shops clean rooms and machineshops.
• Supervising the installation of Turnkeyprojects and automotive manufacturinglines.
• Ensuring proper material flow throughEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP)systems.
• Planning packing and dispatchactivities including documentation such as packing lists invoicesservice reports installation and trainingdocuments.
• Up to 3 years of experience requiredfor thisrole.
