    About the Role
    As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights. With 4-7 years of experience in UX and design organizations, you will leverage your expertise in quantitative research and data analytics to inform product decisions.

    We are seeking an individual with a strong track record of conducting quantitative research, studying complex data, and working with tools like Google Analytics, Glassbox, and Adobe Analytics. Your ability to explain analysis methods and techniques, communicate results effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be key to success.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct comprehensive research studies to inform product development and strategy
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
    • Present findings to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and designers
    • Collaborate with design teams to develop user-centered design solutions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

    Requirements
    • 4-7 years of experience in UX and design organizations, with a focus on quantitative research and data analytics
    • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field
    • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
    • Experience working with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Glassbox, and Adobe Analytics
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working with survey and user research tools, such as UserZoom and Qualtrics
    • Knowledge of agile methodology and its application in product development
    • Familiarity with financial services industry and regulatory requirements

    Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
