    Overview

    Balluff, a leader and pioneer in the industrial automation industry, is looking for talents to join into our sales region Asia Pacific.

    This role will take the responsibility for company strategy execution, which is for business opportunities life cycle management (from Lead to MRO) in APAC Region by the utilization of CRM (C4C) system.

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on business opportunity life-cycle management by APAC countries assigned.
    • Focus on business opportunity life-cycle management by target industries assigned.
    • Collect and qualify business opportunities Leads, input Leads into CRM (C4C) and assign to correct teams/staffs, track on target Leads life-cycle management.
    • Regularly business opportunity data tracking, analysis and reporting delivery regularly (by daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
    • Regularly involve business opportunity review progress by crossing countries/teams' communication.
    • Planning and following up CRM (C4C) training programs, which comprises continuous training with APAC countries' staffs by multi-levels courses & subjects and training materials making, review and updating regularly.
    • Develop and regularly deliver business data reports to Management Team, sales team heads/leaders, and corresponding functional teams.
    • Drive opportunity data quality by Training Programs.
    • To be the bridge of communication between HQ and local regional countries on the relevant topics and tasks.

    Experience & Qualification

    • Be good at the utilization of data analysis tools. (>= 3 years relevant working experience).
    • Bachelor Degree or above (Master Degree is preferred).
    • Experience on CRM (C4C) system (or other similar systems) development or execution is preferred.
    • Good business sense and background.
    • Paperwork skills.
    • Time management ability.
    • Objective Consciousness.

    • Additional language like Mandarin preferred.
