    Kruti Retail Ventures LLP, under Kruti Coffee, is a social enterprise established in 2013 with the aim of impacting coffee growers in Koraput, Odisha, primarily the tribal and organic coffee growers. We follow the Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid model, incubating various impact models to make coffee grown in Koraput sustainable for the producers and the entire value chain. In addition to our farm partnerships, we have also started a retail chain of coffee houses in India to showcase the coffee grown in Koraput.

    Job Overview

    Kruti Retail Ventures LLP is seeking a motivated and talented Bakery Chef to join our team. As a Bakery Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing bakery items, such as bread, pastries, and desserts. You will work alongside our culinary team to ensure high-quality and delicious bakery products are delivered to our customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in bakery operations. The job is located in Brahmapur, Odisha, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven working experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of bakery operations and techniques
    • Proficient in creating and preparing a variety of bakery items
    • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
