    We are hiring for the Business Development Manager for an leading organization for New Delhi Location.

    JOB Description:

    • A minimum of +4 years of experience in Insurance Broking & Consultancy Services, with at least 3 years of experience in a Corporate/ Direct sales role.
    • Strong understanding of the insurance market landscape, including competitors and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent knowledge of insurance products, especially Non-Life /Non Motor insurance such as Group Health, Property, Marine, etc.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences, and work effectively in crossfunctional and collaborative teams
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
