Requirements: -

3 to 5 yrs of experience in Product design/ Light duty product/ SPM design / Entranceautomation/Tool Design.

Experience in making concept drawing, General arrangement drawings and part drawing in Auto cad / Solid works.

Experience in developing the prototypes and proving the products.

Experience in testing and validating the products.

Experience in developing the product by reverse engineering.

Experience in dealing with vendors for the prototype development.

Experience in sourcing the parts from domestics and international suppliers.

Good knowledge in various manufacturing procedures involving machining, Sheet metal fabrication.

Knowledge of various mechanical elements and its application Good Knowledge about Fits & Tolerance.

Ability to do some calculations
