- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Good knowledge of phone etiquettes and effective communication techniques
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about our training and placement services
