    Overview

    The SAP Concurposition is crucial to our organization as it focuses on managingand optimizing the Concur platform to streamline expense travel andinvoice management processes. The role plays a vital part inintegrating and enhancing our business operations using Concurssolutions ensuring compliance efficiency and usersatisfaction.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Collaborate withstakeholders to understand and document business requirements forthe SAP Concur platform
    • Configure customize andoptimize Concur solutions to align with businessprocesses
    • Lead and support Concurimplementation projects ensuring timely delivery and successfuladoption
    • Provide technical support andtroubleshooting for Concur systemissues
    • Continuously analyze and improveprocesses related to expense travel and invoicemanagement
    • Train endusers and provide ongoingsupport to maximize the platformsutilization
    • Develop and maintain Concur systemdocumentation including policies andprocedures
    • Coordinate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate Concur with other enterprisesystems
    • Stay updated with Concur system updatesbest practices and industry trends
    • Participatein testing quality assurance and audit activities related to Concursolutions

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Information Technology or relatedfield
    • 5 years of experience in SAP Concuradministration configuration and support
    • Proventrack record of successfully leading SAP Concur implementationprojects
    • Strong understanding of businessprocesses related to expense travel and invoicemanagement
    • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with a keen eye fordetail
    • Proficiency in project managementmethodologies and tools
    • Ability to communicateeffectively with stakeholders at all levels of theorganization
    • Certification in SAP Concur orrelevant credentials is a plus
    • Experience inprocess optimization and continuous improvementinitiatives
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks in a dynamicenvironment
