    1. Sales and Marketing:

      • Collaborate with clients to plan andexecute events according to their specifications.
      • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handleany concerns or issues.
    3. EventCoordination:
      • Work closelywith other departments such as catering operations and housekeepingto ensure seamless event execution.
      • Coordinatelogistics including room setup audiovisual requirements andcatering services.
      • Create detailed eventcontracts and proposals.
    4. Communication:
      • Maintain clear and consistent communicationwith clients throughout the planning process.
      • Provide clients with regular updates on event progressand address any concerns promptly.
    5. Negotiation andPricing:
      • Negotiate pricingand contract terms with clients to achieve a winwinsituation.
      • Stay informed about industry trendsand competitor pricing to remain competitive.
    6. FinancialManagement:
      • Prepare andmanage budgets for events ensuring profitability for thevenue.
      • Track and report on sales performanceand revenue goals.
    7. Networking:
      • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences tobuild a network and generate leads.
      • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations tofoster partnerships and referrals.
    8. Knowledge ofVenue:
      • Have a thoroughunderstanding of the banquet facilities capacities andcapabilities.
      • Be knowledgeable about availabletechnology audiovisual equipment and other amenities.
    9. Documentation:
      • Maintain accurate and organized records of clientinteractions contracts and event details.
    10. ProblemSolving:
      • Quickly addressand resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during anevent.
