Role Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, leveraging their strong network and contacts in the IT industry to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. This role requires negotiation skills to close agreements and maximize profits, as well as the ability to upsell and cross-sell Cubastion's offerings to existing India accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits
Upsell and cross-sell Cubastion's offerings to existing India accounts
Develop comprehensive plans to maximize account growth and unlock full potential
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Requirements:

10+ years of work experience in sales (IT Services) - B2B
Degree from a Tier 1 institution
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and selling skills
Ability to think strategically and align with organizational goals

Estimated Salary: ₹60-80 Lakhs per annum

Location: Gurgaon
