    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Maestro Realtek is a leading company in the real estate industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

    Job Summary:

    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, senior management, and other stakeholders
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a primary interface between Maestro Realtek and all associated developers
    • Partner with senior management on all approval matters, including operations, policy, and strategic planning
    • Maintain a master list and files between all developers and Maestro Realtek
    • Acquire new developer relationships as per target on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
    • Handle all escalations of developers and resolve from Maestro Realtek's side
    • Provide competitive market surveys regarding pricing and product comparison
    • Frame SOPs, guidelines, and timelines for all company operations and audit the same
    • Ensure smooth and timely collections of payouts due from developers and maintain records and MIS
    • Coordinate internally with marketing and sales teams to provide data and reports to developers
    • Support new launches and sustenance sales with product and pricing strategies and inventory management
    • Define market size, market growth rate, scope of competition, and industry profitability
    • Receive periodic reports from sales teams to develop and perform competitive analysis
    • Assess competitive performance by conducting a SWOT analysis
    • Coordinate with management and architects in product mix of new launches and recommend right products
    • Prepare product stories based on micro-market/area analysis and investment stories
    • Design sales, presales, marketing, and CRM SOPs and audit for gaps in implementation
    • Campaign management and campaign report and analysis
    • Evaluation of vendors related to sales and marketing
    • Training sales, presales, MIS, and GREs on various business aspects
    • Sales and marketing internal auditor
    • Key person/SPOC for sales and marketing team to ensure paperless and Excel-free environment
    • Pricing control and monitoring
    • Sales and marketing expenses monitoring
    • Incentive structure design and incentive pay-outs monitoring

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field
    • Advanced degree in Business/Management/Finance/Management or related field preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of industry experience with 1 year of experience in real estate industry or related field
    • Desired experience/expertise in business development
