Position: Research Mobilization Officer

Location: Salt Lake Sector 1, Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration: Work closely with schools and NGOs to facilitate research projects aimed at community empowerment.
2. Resource Mobilization: Identify and mobilize resources to support educational initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation.
3. Fieldwork and Data Collection: Conduct fieldwork and gather data to drive impactful research, informing strategic decisions and program development.
4. Partnership Building: Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders to promote community engagement and enhance the effectiveness of our initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience working in schools or NGOs, particularly in roles involving community engagement or educational programs.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and advocacy.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, educators, and organizational partners.
• Team Player: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic team environment, contributing ideas, support, and expertise towards common goals.
• Passion: Deep commitment to education and social impact, demonstrated through previous work or personal initiatives.
