    Telesales Executive

    We are looking for a Telesales person who can make calls to clients and explain what Web 3 is and our products and how it can benefit them.

    Experience - 6months to 3years

    Qualification - Diploma/UG/PG

    No. of openings - 4

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
    • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts..
    • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
    • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
    • Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
    • Suggest solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
    • Comfortable talking on the phone and in person with customers.
    • Able to pursue the customer through conversations that build confidence, uncover needs and convince them to buy.
    • Comfortable talking on the phone and in person with customers.

    • A strong negotiator will also know how to negotiate products/services pricing and turn a losing deal into a win-win situation.

    • At least 6 Month experience in sales
