    As a performance marketing manager, you will be responsible for spearheading our company's efforts in promoting products and managing online presence to drive sales and build brand loyalty.


    Your main responsibilities will include:

    Performance Marketing:
    a. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.b. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.c. Manage budgets and optimize spend to ensure the highest possible return on investment.d. Utilize data-driven approaches to target specific audience segments to increase conversion rates and overall sales.

    Social Media Management:
    a. Plan and execute a content calendar that engages audiences, increases followers, and encourages community interaction.b.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, implementing new techniques to increase brand visibility and engagement.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.

    You will be expected to work closely with various departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective market presence.
