- Excellent knowledge and experience developing in JavaScript.
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies, architectures, standards & processes, and a good understanding of infrastructure engineering processes
- Experience in Servicenow for custom Application Design & Development.
- Handson experience in technical delivery including required documentation of costeffective Servicenow solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
- Handson design, development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform.
- Handson migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
- Profound knowledge at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
- Knowledge of ITIL V4 methodologies and processes implementation.
- Quick learner that can adapt to fast paced, everchanging environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Experience in providing technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development bestpractices are used to develop and fulfill requirements.
- Knowledge in creating /maintaining API & data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
- Experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNow
- Experience in HR Integrations such as Profit Centre from SAP, Scripted APIs , email , Workday , Success Factors or any Web based integration (SOAP,REST)
- Experience with ITSM and CMDB module implementation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between HRSD and other ServiceNow modules
- Candidates are required to have SN CSA certified.
