    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.

    Develop and Maintain Client Relationships

    Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.

    Sales Presentations & Deal Closure

    Conduct impactful sales presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets.

    Achieve Sales Targets

    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

    Market Research & Competitive Analysis

    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Provide valuable insights to help refine sales strategies and product positioning.

    Collaboration & Reporting

    Work closely with product development teams, sharing customer feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Education

    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience

    Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the software/IT services industry.

    Skills

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and close deals effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software, lead generation tools, and sales automation platforms.
