The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

Responsibilities

Total company management, Budgeting and MIS, Sales and marketing, new product development, P&L responsibility.

Managing high double digit growth .

Be the company face after likely IPO soon and deal with compliances etc.

Promotion to the Board of Directors after proving performance

Qualifications

Graduation in engineering / technology subject is a must. Additional qualifications welcome.

Minimum years of experience in the same field is preferred

Languages Known: Gujarati (Should understand if can't speak), English and Hindi as minimum.
