- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM's features, such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
- Indepth experience with ITAM's Asset and Configuration Management within ServiceNow.
- Strong command over JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages within the ServiceNow context.

Project Execution and Management :
