- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, timelines, and design intent.
- Review construction plans and drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any deviations and proposing solutions.
- Conduct quality inspections and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure the proper use of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and safety records.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
