Description

As the Financial Controller of our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), you will be responsible for managing and directing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and projections to guide decisionmaking and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance against budget, forecast, and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements, including those specific to NBFCs.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies for audits, inspections, and compliance matters.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, identifying reasons for deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements to ensure financial stability and meet obligations.
• Oversee banking relationships, including loan facilities, credit lines, and investment accounts, to optimize financial resources and minimize risks.
• Develop and implement cash management strategies, including shortterm and longterm investment plans.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, reporting requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
