Role Overview:
FLYCHEM is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and one-to-one marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in building direct customer relationships and understanding client needs in the cosmetics and personal care industries. This role requires strategic thinking, a hands-on approach to marketing, and the ability to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a focused one-to-one marketing strategy that targets key accounts and leads within the industry.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales growth.
• Manage personalized marketing communications and promotional campaigns aimed at key clients.
• Plan and execute client meetings, presentations, and discussions both in-person and virtually.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, requiring travel.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of one-to-one campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the personal care, cosmetics, or Pharmaceuticals .
• Proven track record of developing successful one-to-one marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Willingness and ability to travel both nationally and internationally.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM and marketing analytics tools.
• Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
