    Full Time Job from Office located at Kohinoor Square, Dadar, Shivaji Park., Mumbai

    We work 6 days a week from office & our timings are 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.

    Mandatory Criteria:

    · Excellent Communication Skills- Specially command over English language.

    Position: Event Manager/ Assistant Event Manager

    Job description:

    Responsibilities:-

    • Strong business acumen along with past experience of handling events
    • Proper know-how of making power point presentations so as to make the pitch presentation based on the project requirements
    • Manage and coordinate with entire team of respective project

    · Maintaining and drawing up of time lines for your projects

    · One point of contact to the client and conference team

    · Weekly reports to be submitted to Team leaders

    · Handle pressure and delivering within tight deadlines

    · Weekly feedback to Organizing committee of each event

    • Planning and preparing an event checklist based on the elements finalized by the client.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Co-ordination with events & backend team

    · Ensure Proper, crisp and timely communications within team and with Clients.

    · Coordinate on regular basis with Various vendors, agencies and event suppliers

    · Draw up each events element list, budget expenses and Income

    · Hands on experience with MS Office tools like excel, word etc.

    · Maximize revenues by reducing operating costs and maximize Income

    · Understanding of onsite event handling and coordination

    · Understanding of event production details & timelines

    · Venue coordination and management

    · Conference Trade layout planning and marking for client and participating companies

    · Basic technical knowledge of registration softwares, marketing tools etc.

    • Events will require work during evenings and weekends, so flexibility with work hours is often necessary

    Requirements:-

    • 2-4 years of professional work experience in event operations, vendor management, event logistics management etc

    · Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently

    · Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize while on tight deadlines

    · Must be extremely detail oriented.

    · The ability to work well in a fast paced event environment.

    · MUST- Strong English verbal and written communication skills are a must.

    • · Effectively and efficiently work both independently and collectively as a team when needed
