The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in enhancing and overseeing the operational efficiency of our organization. This position involves directing and supervising all operational functions to ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strategic foresight, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive knowledge of technology services and solutions in the payments and dispute management sector.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of experience in operational/project/program management, preferably in a senior leadership role within the technology services or payments industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, e-finance, or relevant field experience; a master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of effectively managing and optimizing operational functions to achieve business goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire teams towards excellence.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth understanding of technology services and solutions, along with awareness of industry trends and best practices.
• Demonstrated capability to drive change, promote innovation, and ensure operational excellence.
• Familiarity with BFSI processes and US payment regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to work with diverse data sets across various clients and industries.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate the needs of a multi-shift operation.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills, including experience in statistical modeling and analysis (experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus).
